Chamomile tea is known to remedy several health problems such as insomnia, gastrointestinal disorders, muscle spasms, common cold, inflammation, and menstrual disorders. Chamomile tea can have allergic reactions

It may not be pregnancy-friendly

It may induce drowsiness
