Cardamom fights cancer, diabetes, and high blood pressure

  5. Diabetes:  Cardamom is also beneficial for diabetics and blood sugar management.  Research shows that individuals diagnosed with diabetes have low manganese counts.  Cardamom is a good way to boost manganese levels.
