5 Turmeric Smoothie Recipes that Fight Inflammation, Cancer, and Aging

Half cup of sliced mangoes or pineapple, half tablespoon of turmeric, one cup of coconut milk, half teaspoon of cinnamon, half teaspoon of ginger, one overripe fresh banana, one teaspoon of maca powder, pinch of black pepper (to increase curcumin absorption) and one teaspoon of chia seeds.

Toss all the ingredients in a blender, blend until the mixture is smooth then enjoy.

2. Anti-inflammatory turmeric smoothie

This smoothie is great for reducing inflammation. It will also strengthen your immune system.


On cup of berries, one cup of green tea, one teaspoon of ground chia seeds, half teaspoon of ground turmeric, half teaspoon of ground ginger, and one tablespoon of coconut oil.

Mix all the ingredients in a blender then wait until they’re smooth.

3. Winter detox turmeric smoothie

If you want to detox, this is the smoothie for you. It’s sweet and doesn’t require many ingredients.


Two oranges (quartered and peeled), one inch of peeled fresh ginger, one large chopped carrot, a pinch of black pepper, and one teaspoon of turmeric powder or half inch of fresh peeled turmeric.

Put all ingredients a blender, add one cup of ice cubes then blend until the mixture is smooth.

4. Watermelon-turmeric smoothie

This smoothie will help reduce inflammation, improve circulation, lower risk of cancer and much more.


Four cups of chopped watermelon, three tablespoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of coconut oil, three tablespoons of fresh chopped turmeric, half cup of water, three tablespoons of chopped ginger, and four teaspoons of raw honey.

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until they’re smooth.

5. Energy-booster turmeric smoothie

This smoothie will boost your energy and keep hunger at bay.


Two cups of kale, two cups of pineapples, one cup of mango, one tablespoon of ginger, half cup of lemon juice, one tablespoon of ground turmeric, and two cups of coconut or hemp milk.

Blend all ingredients and enjoy.
