What is sciatica?

It works with principles of massage, acupressure and reflexology. Pressing the tennis ball against these muscles, the muscle tension, pain and rigidity in the buttocks and legs are reduced. This exercise also improves mobility and blood circulation in the affected area.

Hot And Cold Compress
This is the most common and effective technique to treat sciatica. Initially treat yourself with a cold pack on the affected area for about 15-20 min every day for about a week. After a week, try hot compress on the same region for the same amount of time. It reduce the inflammation around the surrounding tissues and gradually reduce the nerve pain. This also provides instant relief.

Ginger tea
Add two or three slices of finely sliced ginger, along with one teaspoon of ginger powder and one teaspoon of natural honey and a squeeze of lemon juice to one cup of boiled water. Leave to steep until it’s cool then drink. Drink this tea three times daily on an empty stomach.

Turmeric
Turmeric is a powerful spice with strong anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It can help to reduce inflammation and pain. Mix one teaspoon of turmeric with one cup of milk. Boil the mixture for a minute or two and then allow to cool. Add a small amount of honey, for sweetness, and then drink.

White Willow Bark

Mustard Oil

Fenugreek
